The proposed itinerary offers an immersive experience in the breath-taking landscapes of Sikkim, beginning with your arrival at Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Gangtok, where you will check into your hotel. The evening provides a perfect opportunity to explore M.G. Marg, a bustling pedestrian street known for its lively atmosphere, shops, and restaurants. On the second day, after breakfast, you will embark on an exciting excursion to Tsomgo Lake, a stunning oval-shaped water body at an elevation of 3,780 meters. Known for its pristine beauty, the lake is home to the Brahminy duck and migratory birds. Following this, you will visit Baba Mandir, located 17 km beyond Tsomgo Lake. An optional visit to Nathula Pass, one of Sikkim’s most famous attractions, can also be arranged at an additional cost. The day concludes with a return to Gangtok for an overnight stay. The third day begins with a scenic drive to Lachen, a picturesque village set amidst snow-capped peaks and alpine meadows. The journey passes through Chungthang, a serene hamlet at the confluence of the Lachen and Lachung rivers. Along the way, you can admire stunning waterfalls. Upon arrival in Lachen, you will check into your hotel and enjoy a restful night after dinner. The fourth day starts early at 5 am with a packed breakfast as you set out for an unforgettable excursion to Gurudongmar Lake, one of the highest lakes in the world. Its breathtaking beauty makes it a must-visit destination. After exploring the lake, you will return to Lachen for lunch before continuing your journey to Lachung. Along the way, you will witness notable landmarks such as the confluence of Lachen Chu and Lachung Chu at Chungthang and the majestic Bhim Nala Waterfall. Dinner and an overnight stay await you at your Lachung hotel. The fifth day takes you to the enchanting Yumthang Valley, often referred to as the Valley of Flowers. The seventh day includes a half-day sightseeing tour of Pelling, where you will visit the Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdantse Ruins (the second capital of Sikkim), Sang-Ngag Choling (Skywalk), and the new helipad ground. Later in the evening, you will proceed to Darjeeling for an overnight stay. On the final day, you will embark on an early morning visit to Tiger Hill to witness the breath-taking sunrise over the Kanchenjunga range. After returning to the hotel for breakfast, you will depart for Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station for your onward journey home.
