The trek kicks off with a 3-4 hour hike to Grahan Village, a traditional Himalayan settlement tucked amidst lush pine forests. The trail is steep in sections and becomes rockier as you approach the village, where you camp overnight and soak in the peaceful surroundings. On Day 2, the trek continues from Grahan to Min Thatch, a high-altitude meadow surrounded by alpine beauty. This segment takes around 4-5 hours and passes through enchanting forest trails, offering spectacular views of Min Thatch, Nagaru, and Sar Top. Trekkers are treated to serene landscapes and arrive at the open meadow by evening for dinner and an overnight stay in tents. The trail ascends through dense forests and rugged terrain, eventually opening up to the cold and exposed Nagaru campsite. From here, trekkers are rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views and even the twinkling lights of Manikaran far below. The day ends with dinner and a night spent under the stars. Day 4 is the highlight of the journey a thrilling 14 km trek from Nagaru to Biskeri Thatch via the Sar Pass. Starting early at 4:00 AM, the path leads through snow-covered landscapes to the pass, offering mesmerizing views of the Tosh Valley. After reaching the summit, an exhilarating snow slide marks the descent into lush alpine scenery. The long day concludes at the beautiful Biskeri Thatch campsite for a well-earned rest. The final day features a 9 km descent from Biskeri Thatch to Barshaini, passing through charming villages like Pulga and Tulga, and crossing a scenic bridge over the Parvati River.
